PARTNERSHIP ACCORD

The foundational "how we operate" agreement—your shared standards, boundaries, and what alignment actually looks like in practice.

What it answers:

  • What are we building together, and why does it matter?
  • What's non-negotiable for each of us?
  • How do we want to treat each other when things get hard?
  • What does each of us need to do our best work?
  • What does "success" look like for this partnership, not just the business?
